At MyRead Agent, we are committed to providing you with a valuable reading companion experience. We stand behind the quality of our service and want you to be fully satisfied with your subscription.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans (Reader and Scholar). If you are not satisfied with MyRead Agent for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply email us at Athenagodpm@gmail.com with the following information:

  • The email address associated with your account
  • The plan you subscribed to (Reader or Scholar)
  • A brief reason for your request (optional, but helps us improve)

We typically process refund requests within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method via Stripe.

4. Refund Eligibility

4.1 Within 14 Days

Full refund, no questions asked. You will not be charged for the billing period.

4.2 After 14 Days

Refunds after 14 days are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We consider refund requests when:

  • The service experiences prolonged technical issues affecting your use
  • There was an unauthorized charge or billing error
  • Exceptional circumstances apply

4.3 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • Partial months of service after cancellation (your access continues until the end of the paid period)
  • Dissatisfaction with specific AI book recommendations (taste is subjective)
  • Failure to use the service during the subscription period

5. Cancellation Process

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • Your access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period
  • Your account will automatically downgrade to the free Explorer plan
  • Your reading history and data will be preserved for 90 days in case you wish to resubscribe

6. Billing Disputes

If you notice an error in your billing, please contact us immediately at Athenagodpm@gmail.com. We will investigate and resolve billing disputes promptly.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy occasionally. Any significant changes will be communicated via email or through a notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

五、取消流程

您可以随时从账户设置中取消订阅。取消后:

  • 您对付费功能的访问权限将持续到当前计费周期结束
  • 您的账户将自动降级为免费的探索者计划
  • 您的阅读历史和资料将保留 90 天,以便您重新订阅

六、账单争议

七、政策变更
