By accessing or using MyRead Agent ("the Service"), operated by MyRead Agent ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms, please do not use the Service.
MyRead Agent is an AI-powered book recommendation and reading companion service. It provides personalized book recommendations, book analysis, reading roadmaps, and related features through a chat-based interface. The Service is available at aiforbooks.xyz.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
We offer three plans: Explorer (free), Reader, and Scholar. Paid plans are billed monthly. All prices are in USD for international customers and CNY for Chinese customers.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card information. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for the remaining period.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied with the Service, contact us at Athenagodpm@gmail.com within 14 days of your initial purchase for a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are provided at our discretion for service issues.
We collect information you provide (account details, reading preferences) and data generated through your use of the Service (conversations, book analyses).
Your data is used solely to provide and improve the Service. We do not use your personal reading data for AI model training. We do not sell your data to third parties.
We implement industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

The Service, including its code, design, and branding, is owned by MyRead Agent. Content generated by the AI (book recommendations, analyses) is provided for personal use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
MyRead Agent is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Book recommendations are suggestions only and do not guarantee reader satisfaction.
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
